Simprit Support System Quick Start Guide

Welcome to Simprit Support System!

This tutorial provides a very simple and quick introduction to the Simprit Support System workflow by walking you through steps to create, view, and reply to a ticket.

Create a Ticket
  1. Go to https://www.simprit.com/support/
  2. Log in with your email address and password.
  3. Click New Ticket
  4. Enter a subject for your issue.
  5. Enter your issue by providing as much information as possible.
  6. Click the Create Ticket button.
View a Ticket
  1. Go to https://www.simprit.com/support/
  2. Log in with your email address and password.
  3. On the Open Tickets page, click a ticket you want to view.

You can also view your closed tickets by clicking the Close Tickets, then click a ticket you want to view.

Reply a Ticket
  1. Go to https://www.simprit.com/support/
  2. Log in with your email address and password.
  3. Click a ticket you want to view. (Refer to View a Ticket)
  4. In the History section, click Reply.
  5. Enter your reply message.
  6. Click Submit
